A community fitness event raising funds for veterans and first responders living with Operational Stress Injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada

24 Hours of Heroes

24 Hours of Heroes is a community-based fitness event raising funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada.

The event started in 2016 with 24 “Hero” WODs - workouts that are written and performed to honour fallen service men and women. Hero workouts are typically long and gruelling, and are meant to make you really uncomfortable, but also to remind you of their ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and safety. This year, we are running 4 hero workouts per day, over the course of 2 days to allow participants from across Canada to join. To-date, we have raised approximately $360,000 towards the mental health services provided by Wounded Warriors Canada - and we can’t wait to keep growing that number and supporting this important cause!

Stay tuned for this year’s event updates - and don’t forget to save-the-date: November 9-10, 2024
